Terms of Delivery

Delivery Times

We will ship orders normally within 1-2 working days from payment, however “special order” items that are indicated by the yellow ball are not in stock, and will take 2-4 weeks to be shipped. The shipping time from delivery is one day within Finland and1-2 days to Sweden and to Estonia. At the moment, it is not possible to ship orders to other countries.

Delivery Methods

Domestic delivery: We ship by Itella and Matkahuolto delivery methods. International Delivery: We ship using Itella (Finnish post) delivery methods. Their partner couriers and/or carriers may vary in different countries. Delivery Costs We offer fixed rates on delivery costs: Delivery within Finland 7-13€ depending on payment method and delivery method Delivery to Sweden / Estonia 15€

Payment methods

Domestic: You can pay with the common online payment methods offered by Finnish banks, as well as Credit card or Cash-on-delivery methods.

International: You can pay with Visa or MasterCard.

Refunds and exchanges

The Finnish Consumer Protection Policy guarantees the consumer a 14 day period in e-commerce during which the consumer can return or exchange their products. According to the policy the consumer must notify of the return within 14 days from the day he/she has received the product. The consumer is not obligated to give reasons for the return. The products must be unused, resellable and in the original packaging. When returning send back the unused product in its original packaging, including all labels and instructions of use. You also need to include a Return, Exchange and Warranty Claims form, which you can download here

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service. To speed things up, you may send a copy of the Return, exchange and warranty sheet by email to info@storm-motor.fi Please contact our customer service if you have questions. The customer pays for the shipping of the return/exchange. After receiving the product we will refund the customer. If the exchange is due to a mistake on our behalf we will refund the whole postage fee. (The return must be made according to our return policy, using regular mail delivery. Other / more expensive methods of delivery will not refunded).

• Pack the products well and enclose information on how you wish for us to act. In other words tell us who is returning/exchanging and what. Include a filled copy of this return form.

• Send the package to: Storm Motor Oy / Returns & Exchanges, Lukkosepänkatu 4, 20320 Turku.
