Alpinestars Tech 5 cross boot
The newest addition to Alpinestars' already strong Cross Boots range is the Tech 5. This is a affordable option than the Tech 10 and Tech 7 but includes some of the same features. The boot is very comfortable thanks to its flexible body structure and the polyester interior that follows the foot movements. The Alpinestars Tech 5 boot protects your feet with familiar designs such as, adjustable shin guards and shock-absorbing insoles.
The boot has a wide last and is shaped from the inside, thus sitting on a foot of many models. Inner padding has been added to the ankle and heel areas, thus improving protection and fit. The boot is immediately comfortable on the foot and, thanks to its articulated structure, allows natural movements of the foot. The microfiber panels on the back of Alpinestars Tech 5 also provide good flexibility for the boot structure.
The outer surface of the boot has several pieces of polyurethane, which reduces wear, extending the life of the boot, and makes it easier to control the bike by providing good grip between the frame and the boot. In addition to the TPU guards, there is a metal plate on the bottom of the boot to protect the foot in severe collisions. Alpinestars Tech 5 soles are made with a rubber sole familiar from other models, which is very abrasion-resistant and offers excellent grip on the footrest.
