This AXP adventure skid plate is made from 8 mm thick HDPE-plastic and will protect your machine in the most demanding terrain. Frame, engine, water pump and linkage are all covered by this rigid skid plate. It's light (2,55 kg) and does not deform from impact, silent compared to a alloy plate and more resistant compared to a carbon fiber plate, not to mention less expensive.
This model is made for the new Yamaha Tenere Euro5 model. It is compatible with SW-Motech/ Givi/ Heed Basic/ Adventure spec/ Yamaha crash bars and SW-Motech/ Hepco&Becker center stands.

- Itse panssari vaikutti OK:lle ja olisin halunnut kovasti tästä tykätä, mutta kiinnitys epäonnistuu surkeasti, ja tästä on maailmallakin kokemusta. Vasemman etukulman kiinnittämistä varten olisi panssarin sisäpuolella olevaa korokepalaa pitänyt rälläköidä sopivaan kulmaan, että menisi pyörässä olevaan kannakkeeseen. Lisäksi tämän saman kohdan pultin läpivientireikää olisi pitänyt porata uuteen suuntaan, että pultti menisi kannakkeessa olevalle kierteelle. Siihen nähden että panssarilla on takuu 1v. ja hintaa 250 euroa, niin vaati omasta mielestäni vähän liikaa työstöä, ja takuun riskeeraamista.
