Delivery Times


Orders are shipped normally within 1-2 business days of purchase. ”Special order” items that are not in stock at the time of the purchase (indicated by the yellow ball in our webshop) are shipped within 10-20 business days. Placing orders outside the EU is not possible at the moment. Estimated delivery times (excluding orders with ”special order” items):

  • Finland 1-2 business days
  • Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden 2-4 business days
  • Other EU countries 3-8 business days

Delivery Methods: 

Domestic deliveries - the orders are shipped via Posti International delivery methods:

  • Posti Parcel Connect (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden)
  • Posti Express Business Day (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden)
  • Posti Priority (other European countries)

  • Deliveries within Finland 3-16€ (depending on payment and delivery methods)
  • Posti Parcel Connect 10 €
  • Posti Express Business Day 15 €
  • Posti Priority 35 €

Payment methods

Domestic: You can pay with the common online payment methods offered by Finnish banks, as well as Credit card, PayPal or Cash-on-delivery methods. ##International: You can pay with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. If you have any questions please contact [email protected]

Refunds and exchanges

The Finnish Consumer Protection Policy guarantees the consumer a 14 day period in e-commerce during which the consumer can return or exchange their products. According to the policy the consumer must notify of the return within 14 days from the day he/she has received the product. The consumer is not obligated to give reasons for the return. The products must be unused, resellable and in the original packaging. When returning send back the unused product in its original packaging, including all labels and instructions of use. You also need to include a Return, Exchange and Warranty Claims form, which you can request from info(a)storm-motor.fi. Before returning any items, please contact our customer service. To speed things up, you may send a copy of the Return, exchange and warranty sheet by email to [email protected] Please contact our customer service if you have questions. The customer pays for the shipping of the return/exchange. After receiving the product we will refund the customer. If the exchange is due to a mistake on our behalf we will refund the whole postage fee. (The return must be made according to our return policy, using regular mail delivery. Other / more expensive methods of delivery will not refunded).

• Pack the products well and enclose information on how you wish for us to act. In other words tell us who is returning/exchanging and what. Include a filled copy of this return form.
