Terms of Delivery
Orders are shipped normally within 1-2 business days of purchase. ”Special order” items that are not in stock at the time of the purchase (indicated by the yellow ball in our webshop) are shipped within 10-20 business days. Placing orders outside the EU is not possible at the moment.
Estimated delivery times (excluding orders with ”special order” items):
- Finland 1-2 business days
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden 2-4 business days
- Other EU countries 3-8 business days
Domestic deliveries: Orders are shipped via Matkahuolto and Posti

Refunds and exchanges
The customers have the right to return or exchange purchased products within 30 days of the delivery. If you would like to make a return, please contact us first at [email protected].
The return is possible if the item has not been used and both the product and its package are in the original condition. Please repackage the product carefully in its original (or equivalent) shipping box and add the filled return form to the shipment. Please note that the following products are not eligible for return: - hygiene and health products (such as face masks and ear plugs) - custom products made specifically for the customer (e.g. power reduction kits, brake hose sets) The rights to return electric products are limited.
If there has been an error in the order on our behalf or a product turns out to be defective, we will refund the shipping costs of the return. In other cases the return/exchange will be at customer's expense.
Cancelled and returned orders will be refunded within 30 days.

• Pack the products well and enclose the information on how you wish for us to act. In other words tell us who is returning/exchanging and what. Include a filled copy of the return form.
