Airoh Twist 3 Motocross Helmet – safer and sharper-looking than ever before!
The Airoh Twist 3 is the third-generation evolution of this hugely popular motocross helmet from the Italian manufacturer. Released for the 2024 season, the model now meets the latest ECE 22.06 safety standard, with a shell shape refined in the manufacturer's wind tunnels to match the very latest trends. The outer shell is made from two-layer HRT polycarbonate, while the liner features ASN (Anti Sliding Net) material along with a quick-release cheek pad system.
The outer shell, crafted from HRT (High Resistant Thermoplastic) polycarbonate, is now built in two layers rather than the previous single-layer construction. The shell is also produced in two different sizes to guarantee the best possible safety, regardless of helmet size. The liner's 3-D ASN fabric construction reduces rotational forces transmitted to the head in the event of an impact. Its dual-layer design allows the layers to move independently of one another, minimising the impact forces reaching the head. The liner is now also equipped with the AEFR (Airoh Emergency Fast Release) cheek pad emergency release mechanism, allowing the helmet to be removed safely in an accident.
The wind-tunnel-refined design delivers both wearing comfort and an extremely modern-looking motocross helmet. The comprehensive ventilation system includes numerous air intake and exhaust vents, while the more streamlined profile features sleek spoilers that stabilise the helmet in the airstream.
