Airoh Twist 3 motocross helmet – safer and sleeker than ever before!

The Airoh Twist 3 is the third generation of this hugely popular motocross helmet from the Italian manufacturer. Released for the 2024 season, this model now comes with the new ECE 22.06 safety standard, and its shape has been refined in the manufacturer's wind tunnels to match the latest trends. The helmet's outer shell is made from dual-layer HRT polycarbonate, while the interior features ASN (anti sliding net) material along with a quick-release cheek pad function.

The outer shell, made from HRT (High Resistant Thermoplastic) polycarbonate, is now dual-layered instead of the previous single-layer construction. The shell is also now produced in two different sizes to ensure the best possible safety, regardless of the helmet size. The interior's 3-D ASN fabric structure reduces the rotational forces transferred to the head during an impact. Its dual structure allows the layers to move independently of each other, which is designed to minimise the impact forces acting on the head. The interior is now also equipped with the AEFR (Airoh Emergency Fast Release) cheek pad emergency release mechanism, allowing the helmet to be removed safely in the event of an accident.

The wind tunnel-refined shape delivers both excellent wearing comfort and a strikingly modern-looking motocross helmet. The comprehensive ventilation system includes numerous air intake and exhaust vents, while the sleeker, more streamlined design features stylish spoilers that stabilise the helmet at speed.
