SHOEI VFX-WR 06 Motocross Helmet
The SHOEI VFX-WR 06 is the latest version of Shoei's popular motocross helmet. This newest development features the next-generation ECE 22-06 approval, meaning the helmet has passed the highest possible quality and safety inspection.

AIM + Outer Shell
The outer shell is made from a fibre composite blend with optimised density to achieve the best possible impact resistance and rigidity. The shell size varies by helmet size, which means every size option offers the best possible protection while keeping the distance from your skull to the outermost point as small as possible for safety. The outer shell is manufactured in four different sizes (XS-S | M | L | XL-XXL), with up to 6 fibre layers absorbing impacts.
EPS Inner Shell + M.E.D.S Motion Energy Distribution System
Beneath the outer shell, the EPS inner shell absorbs the impact forces transmitted from the outer shell. The EPS shell is divided into two parts: the outer continuous section dampens direct impact energy, while the inner section slows rotational movement. The inner EPS shell in particular — SHOEI's own M.E.D.S system — is a highly advanced solution that reduces rotational forces to the brain in the event of a crash. This plays a vital role when considering impact forces reaching the brain and the injuries they can cause.
E.Q.R.S Emergency Quick Release System
The emergency release of the cheek pads in an accident situation makes removing the helmet easier without placing strain on the spine or neck. The cheek pads are available in four different sizes to ensure the best possible fit and, therefore, optimal safety.
3D Max-Dry Lining
The lining is made from a technical fabric that absorbs moisture and feels comfortable even when wet. The crown section of the lining comes in three different thicknesses, letting you fine-tune that perfect fit. For the S–XS size, a thicker 17 mm padding is also available, allowing the helmet to fit even smaller heads and extending its service life. The helmet features a double-D ring closure and a removable strap pad.
The SHOEI VFX-WR 06 helmet is well ventilated with seven strategically placed air intakes and eight exhaust vents at the rear. The helmet has an aerodynamic appearance, with the peak stylishly integrated into the overall design.
In addition to the helmet, the sales package includes a storage bag, spare peak screws (2 pcs), a mud guard for the chin section, an instruction manual, plus reflective and Shoei logo stickers. White colourways additionally include an anti-glare shield that mounts beneath the peak.
The lining, peak and other spare parts are cross-compatible with the older WFX-WR model.
