Alpinestars Tech 5 Motocross Boots

The newest addition to Alpinestars' already strong motocross boot lineup is the Tech 5. This is a more affordable alternative to its big siblings, the Tech 10 and Tech 7, while still packing in many of the same features. The boot is extremely comfortable to wear thanks to its flexible frame construction and a foot-hugging polyester lining. The Alpinestars Tech 5 protects your feet with structures familiar from its higher-end models, such as an adjustable shin protector and shock-absorbing footbeds.

The boot features a wide last and a contouring liner, making it a great fit for many different foot shapes. Padding around the ankle and heel areas improves both protection and fit. The boot is comfortable right out of the box and, thanks to its articulated construction, allows the foot to move naturally. The microfibre panels on the rear of the Alpinestars Tech 5 also provide excellent flex for the boot's structure.

The outer surface of the boot features several polyurethane pieces that reduce wear and extend the boot's lifespan, while also improving bike control by offering great grip between your foot and the boot. In addition to the TPU protectors, the sole of the boot includes a metal plate to shield your foot in hard impacts. The Alpinestars Tech 5 soles are made with the same rubber compound found in other models — extremely hard-wearing and offering excellent grip on the footpegs.
