- Laborious to install, because the inner sleeve of the needle bearings was about 1.6 mm longer than the frame width at the rear swingarm mounting point of the Kawa Z1 900 (year 1972). With no lathe available, the grinding was precise work to get the ends of the sleeve straight. Luckily I know German, because the instructions were only in that language. The play in the axial bearings was eliminated by placing one of the adjustment shims between the frame and the bearing on one side of the swingarm.
