Spidi is a family business founded in 1977 and based in Sarego, Italy. Originally focused strongly on products aimed at racers, its range has grown over the years to cover almost every discipline of motorcycling. The manufacturer still draws on its expertise from the top of the sport, with names such as Hector Barbera, Tito Rabat and Leon Camier being well-known representatives of the brand. Among Spidi’s strengths is its in-house product development, which has produced such results as the H2OUT weatherproof membrane, the Keramide fabric used for example in the manufacturer’s riding jeans and gloves, and numerous protectors developed in the company’s own Safetylab laboratory.
