Amoqin's revamped Void V2 shell suit picks up right where the last version left off. The biggest upgrades are found in the improved outer fabric and the redesigned laminated waterproof membrane, which now boasts a water column rating of 10,000mm.
The Void is a cost-effective solution for versatile riding and outdoor use. There's no fixed thermal lining, so the suit adapts to all kinds of conditions. For more active riding you can layer up lightly underneath, while ice fishing trips call for a bit more insulation. And if you do end up overheating, the suit features underarm ventilation zips, plus half-length zippers on the legs that make pulling on your boots easier — these open from the top as well, creating extra airflow where you need it.
Waterproofing is handled by the laminated membrane mentioned above, along with fully taped seams. The suit also comes with an aluminium D-ring for attaching a safety lanyard, as well as a removable hood.
