SIDI Crossfire 3 SRS
Sidi's premium boot, the Crossfire 3 SRS (Sole Replacement System), delivers outstanding all-round protection for your feet whether you're tearing up the track on a motocross bike or tackling tough enduro trails. The boot features comprehensive hard protectors across the instep, heel, shin and calf. The Sidi Crossfire 3 is fully articulated and comes equipped with a hyper-extension stopper. Built from "Techno Micro" material, it's as durable as leather but lighter, and resists water and dirt better than other synthetic leathers. The boot offers excellent adjustability and fits both narrow and wide feet beautifully.
Image 2. The Flex System articulation at the lower ankle and calf allows natural ranges of movement, so the boot isn't impossibly stiff even when brand new. The hinge in the calf protector also enables strap adjustment and fastening for the best possible fit.
Image 3. The shin plate, made from heat-formed polycarbonate, is anatomically shaped, stylish and highly protective. Thanks to its screw-on mounting, this plate — like all the other protectors — is fully replaceable.
Image 4. The Hyper Extension Block prevents the ankle from flexing both forwards and backwards, protecting the ankle joints and the Achilles tendon.
Image 5. The boot's straps attach via replaceable quick-release fasteners, letting you lock the straps at your preferred length. There are four straps in total: the top one is "extra long", the middle ones are "long", and the bottom one is "short". The buckles attach to the boot with a single screw, so they too are easily removable and replaceable. The single mounting point of the buckle also allows it to move with the natural motion of your foot.
Image 6. The boot's hard TPU calf and shin protectors are screw-mounted and adjustable, leaving room to accommodate larger calves. Integrated rubber inserts provide additional shock absorption.
Image 7. The boot is packed with protectors to keep your feet safe even from the heaviest impacts. (A) The heel is anatomically shaped and made from hard polycarbonate. Its design is engineered specifically to protect against twisting. The hard protector also stiffens the boot's structure and improves rider stability. (B) Replaceable wear pads on the inner surface of the boot protect the instep when your foot slips off the footpeg. (C) The toes are also shielded with a hard polycarbonate protector, guarding against frontal impacts as well as crushing from above. (D) The bottom buckle is protected by a wing that prevents it from opening accidentally or snagging on any objects.
Image 8. The "SRS" in the boot's name stands for "Sole Replacement System", meaning a replaceable sole. The central wear pad of the boot is secured with four quick-release fasteners and is extremely fast and easy to swap. The rubber wear pad also delivers excellent grip on the footpegs. The front of the sole is textured to provide better grip for the boot in enduro conditions. The heel section additionally features an integrated flexible insert to absorb impacts.
