ProX pistons are precision-finished using the latest state-of-the-art CNC machinery. The same alloy is used as the one trusted by leading Japanese engine manufacturers. ProX piston kits are a first-class alternative to OEM parts when you need a spare part for your motorcycle, scooter, moped, ATV or jet ski.
Most ProX pistons feature an OEM-style coating that aids in the break-in process.
In addition, ProX has developed a special skirt coating that reduces friction throughout the entire lifespan of the piston. The black coating is specifically designed to boost performance.
The retail package includes the piston, piston rings, piston pin and circlips.
Nicasil/coated cylinders cannot be bored. Pistons are available in 0.01 mm increments for the 78.00 mm standard bore.
