BILTWELL EXFIL-36 Saddlebags
The largest bags in the EXFIL® series, designed for motorcycle adventures where maximum space and durability are essential.
Handcrafted construction combines ballistic 1680D nylon, PVC-treated surfaces, and heat-resistant canvas panels.
Each bag offers space for up to 36 cans, providing plenty of capacity for even the longest trips.

- Universal fit works great with a wide variety of aftermarket saddlebag supports
- UV-treated 1680D ballistic nylon resists moisture and fading
- PVC-treated waterproof security flap over the main compartment closes with 36mm wide reflective polyester straps and Duraflex quick-release buckles
- Extra-large door (380 mm x 178 mm), PVC-treated, equipped with double zippers and paracord pull for quick access
- MOLLE system on the exterior allows attachment of accessories and extra gear
- Two-piece mounting yoke with adjustable Velcro panel fastens to both bags with heavy-duty nylon zippers
- Bag bottoms reinforced with heat-resistant, heavyweight canvas panels
- Hidden cable port into the main compartment—perfect for charging devices
- Multiple D-rings, MOLLE points, and high-strength nylon loops on the exterior—ideal for carabiners, bungee cords, etc.
- Waterproof nylon rain covers with elastic edges and drawstring closure provide extra protection in extreme conditions
Important Notes:
- Saddlebags require side mounts or supports to prevent contact with the rear wheel.
- Ensure the bags do not touch the hot exhaust.
