Rukka Madagasca-R Riding Jacket

The Rukka Madagasca-R is the chameleon of riding jackets, thanks to the included Transfo-R fully wind- and waterproof jacket. The jacket is designed for active riding without compromising on breathability or protection. Thanks to its separate waterproof layer, the product adapts to more active riding, summer heat and wet weather alike. Stretch material on the arms and back makes the jacket comfortable to wear and allows freedom of movement on the bike, even during more demanding adventure riding.

The jacket offers excellent protection thanks to its comfortable and breathable D30 Air XTR back, elbow and shoulder protectors. The jacket can also be supplemented with a separately sold two-part chest protector.

The jacket features a separate three-layer laminated waterproof Gore-Tex liner. Fully taped seams ensure that moisture cannot get inside the jacket. The waterproof and breathable jacket can be worn either under or over the riding jacket. The jacket is also suitable for use on its own as a waterproof leisure jacket. Thanks to its removable waterproof membrane, the Madagasca-R jacket is an excellent choice for hotter weather too. Without the waterproof membrane, the jacket becomes even more breathable. In addition, an impressive 14 zip-operated ventilation openings on the sleeves, shoulders, chest, back and sides guarantee maximum breathability. Just open the vents on a hot summer's day and let the riding wind keep you refreshed. You can focus fully on riding!

An adjustable waist belt, crotch strap and a connection zip running around the waist to your trousers ensure a great fit even at higher speeds. In addition, several adjustment options, such as on the hem and sleeves, allow you to fine-tune the fit to suit your needs. The jacket offers plenty of storage space thanks to its numerous pockets. For example, there's a large pocket on the lower back where the waterproof jacket can be conveniently stored. This versatile riding jacket is the perfect travel companion for even the most demanding tastes, whether touring or heading out on adventure expeditions.
