How does D3O work?
The material contains intelligent molecules that flow freely while you move, but on impact they lock together to absorb the impact force before instantly returning to their flexible state. D3O doesn't stiffen up permanently after a hit — instead, the molecules bond to each other and disperse the force, significantly reducing the impact's effect.
