The all-new, fully redesigned Tech 7 motocross boot from Alpinestars for 2025!
A firm favourite for many riders, the Tech 7 has finally been overhauled after ten years. In this new version, practically the entire boot has been rebuilt and everything has been improved — and the price hasn't gone up significantly either, at least not with us.
The outer material is still a combination of microfibre and TPU, but the amount of TPU has increased considerably, making the boot noticeably stiffer. Comfort, however, remains at the same level, and the added stiffness mainly translates into a heightened sense of safety. The weight of the boot has also dropped from before.
Other new features include a completely redesigned pivot system, buckles and straps, as well as Achilles tendon protection.
- Outer material is a combination of microfibre and Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)
- CE-certified
- Anatomically shaped TPU shin plate, secured with both a hook-and-loop fastener and a buckle
- The inner TPU protector features a rubber zone for excellent grip against the bike
- TPU Ankle Protection System reduces twisting forces on the foot
- Contoured hard plastic calf protector offers protection for the heel and Achilles tendon
- Protective TPU toe and heel sections
- Seamlessly bonded dual-compound sole provides outstanding grip
- Extremely easy-to-use buckles made from a polymer and aluminium blend
- Anti-slip microfibre inner lining keeps the heel better in place
