Features:Intended as a suction base for users to mount their smartphone, tablet, or action camera to surfaces typically found in drive, aero, and marine environments.360™ compatible interface, to be configured with choice of 360™ Arm and Head to suit user’s applications.Suction cup is high strength for mounting on smooth, non-porous surfaces (i.e., adequate for holding iPad Mini, incl. Case, Head and Arm; approx. 700g).Suction cup is durable and repositionable (i.e., no gel / adhesive).Ease of repositioning is further enhanced by the adjustability of the 360™ Arm and Head (e.g., can be positioned close to corners of differently angled windscreens). Lever provides users with a tactile, easy-to-use method for locking and unlocking the suction cup and actuates the suction cup, creating a vacuum against the application surface. The shape of the lever allows full rotation for locking / unlocking, while maintaining adequate clearances to 360™ Arm options.Compact form factor - the Suction Base’s lever and housing is smaller than the footprint of its Suction Cup.Not compatible with:Adhesive Dash PadCompatible with:ALL 360™ ARMSALL 360™ HEADS, WHEN USED WITH AN ARM*Note: It is not recommended to attach a 360™ Head directly to the Suction Base as it would impede the function of the Lever. Instead, use a 360™ Arm to ensure sufficient clearance.Surface guidelines: The Suction Base is intended for use on smooth, non-textured, non-porous surfaces such as:- Glass or plastic such as PC or Acrylic (e.g., windshields)- Painted or powder coated metal or steel that are not ‘soft touch’, rough or textured (e.g., vehicle bodies)- Fibreglass with gelcoat or marine paint (e.g., boat trim)The Suction Base will work on gently curved surfaces (>1m curvature radius).
